As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff were helpful and attentive, making sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. It made me feel cared for and at ease.

I would have asked for better seating options for senior people. The chairs in the common areas were a bit low and uncomfortable, especially for extended periods of sitting.
